Promoter and Solicitor Disclosure

GillyReach, Inc. ("GillyReach") acts as a third-party promoter and solicitor on behalf of certain financial advisors and registered investment advisory firms. In this capacity, GillyReach markets financial advisory services to prospective clients and refers those prospective clients to financial advisors.

GillyReach is compensated by the financial advisors it promotes. Compensation is received in two forms: (1) a recurring subscription fee paid by the advisor on a monthly basis, and (2) a per-meeting fee paid for each qualified appointment that GillyReach books on the advisor's behalf. GillyReach's compensation is not contingent on whether a prospect becomes a client, opens an account, transfers assets, or generates advisory revenue.

This compensation arrangement creates a conflict of interest: because GillyReach receives fees from the financial advisors it promotes, GillyReach has a financial incentive to refer prospective clients to those advisors. You should be aware of this relationship when evaluating any financial advisor referred to you through GillyReach.

What GillyReach Is — and Is Not

GillyReach is a marketing, lead generation, and appointment-setting company. GillyReach:

• is not a registered investment adviser or investment adviser representative;
• is not a broker-dealer or registered representative;
• is not an insurance producer, attorney, accountant, or tax professional;
• does not provide investment advice, financial planning, portfolio management, securities recommendations, or any other regulated advisory or brokerage service;
• does not evaluate the suitability of any investment, product, or financial strategy for any individual; and
• does not endorse or guarantee the quality, performance, or suitability of any financial advisor it promotes.

No Client Relationship with GillyReach

No individual becomes a client of GillyReach by virtue of interacting with any GillyReach campaign, advertisement, landing page, form, email, phone call, or other communication. Any financial advisor or firm you are connected with through GillyReach is solely responsible for its own advice, recommendations, products, services, account opening, onboarding, and ongoing client relationship.

Advisor Independence and Verification

Financial advisors promoted by GillyReach are independent of GillyReach and are not affiliates, employees, or agents of GillyReach. GillyReach does not independently verify all credentials and encourages you to research any advisor independently prior to engaging their services.
