We started GillyReach because we lived the pain ourselves. Building a sales pipeline meant hours of manual research, copy-pasting data between tools, and writing the same email fifty different ways. None of it scaled. None of it felt right.

So we built something different. GillyReach combines a 30M+ company database, real-time web research, AI-powered message drafting, and a sequencer that actually knows when to stop — all in one place. The result is a prospecting engine that works while you sleep.

We are a small, founder-led team based in Golden, Colorado. We are obsessed with one thing: helping sales teams spend less time prospecting and more time closing. Every feature we ship answers a real question from a real customer. We are growing fast — adding new customers, new data, and new capabilities every week — and we are just getting started.

Built by people who felt the pain.

Josh and Sayan met at a tech event in Colorado. Josh was on stage demoing a sales workflow he'd built at his day job — Sayan was in the audience, quietly thinking the same thing everyone else was: this should not be this hard.

After the talk, they started talking. Josh had spent years in B2B sales — he knew exactly which parts of the job were soul-crushing busywork and which parts actually moved the needle. Sayan was a software engineer who got energy from turning painful workflows into things that just worked.

They didn't set out to build a company. They set out to fix a problem. The company came after — once they realized that every sales team they talked to had the same broken pipeline and no good tool to fix it.
